See following link, it generates iso immages that automatically install several different versions of linux as soon as you type "install" It also allows you to add packages that arn't included in the default profiles. I tested it out on vmware, selected to install ubuntu 7.04, got the server profile, since ssh is not included by default I told it to add the openssh-server package, booted, worked out, and an hour later I had ssh'd into my brand new server install.
